Overview
Seeking a pragmatic UX Product Designer to create intuitive enterprise web applications. You will partner with Product and Engineering to deliver scalable, accessible, component-based experiences using a user-centered, data-informed approach.
Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end design: flows, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to ensure design feasibility and alignment.
• Apply accessibility best practices in all designs.
• Provide UX QA during development to ensure fidelity.
• Conduct lightweight usability reviews and iterate based on feedback.
• Contribute to and follow the Design System.
• Present design concepts to cross-functional stakeholders.

Required Qualifications

• 2-4+ years of Product/UX Design experience (fintech preferred).
• Strong proficiency in Figma/Justinmind or similar tools.
• Working knowledge of Angular, HTML, CSS, and Agile (Jira).
• Familiarity with LLM/Generative AI tools.
• Experience designing enterprise applications with component-based UI.
• Accessibility-focused design experience.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong prototyping abilities.
