UX Designer

Sr UX Designer

We are seeking a senior-level UX Designer to contribute to the redesign and enhancement of a major commercial aviation website. This role involves resolving user access issues and executing ongoing improvements to web applications. The position is fully remote, with a preference for nearshore candidates.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in the redesign of the company's primary website.
• Address and resolve usability and access challenges for users.
• Contribute to the continuous enhancement of web applications.
• Develop and document designs for web application features.
• Ensure high standards of usability across all web projects.

Required Qualifications

Senior-level professional experience in UX design for web applications. Specific years of experience are not required, but demonstrated seniority is essential.

Technical Skills

• Proficiency with Figma for design creation.
• Experience using Storybook for UI component development.
• Ability to document designs for development teams.
• Familiarity with Jira or similar project management tools.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with web application management in the commercial aviation industry.
• Knowledge of or experience with AI-powered design tools.
