Roles & Responsibilities:

• Design intuitive user experiences for developer-facing products, including service catalogues, golden paths, onboarding workflows, documentation experiences, CI/CD pipelines, and platform tooling.
• Conduct user research, interviews, usability studies, and feedback sessions with developers and engineering teams.
• Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs in Figma.
• Define and improve information architecture across the developer portal.
• Develop user journey maps that identify friction points and opportunities for automation.
• Partner with Product Managers to translate business and developer needs into compelling solutions.
• Collaborate with Engineering teams to ensure designs are technically feasible and implemented with fidelity.
• Leverage and contribute to enterprise design systems and component libraries.
• Ensure experiences meet accessibility and responsive design standards.
• Analyse usage patterns, user feedback, and metrics to continuously improve developer experience.
