In addition, the ability to work backwards and think about building products from a customer perspective is crucial.Analyze customer problems and design delightful solutions with measurable impact.Work closely with product and business teams to develop use cases and high-level requirements.Create design artifacts like user flows, wireframes, visual mocks, and prototypes to communicate your ideas.Develop and maintain detailed user-interface and interaction specifications.Independently present work, socialize ideas, and manage stakeholder expectations.Partner with technology teams to ensure we leverage the scale offered by our platform without compromising on core experience principles.Measure the success and effectiveness of UX innovations.Basic Qualifications8+ years of design experienceHave an available online portfolioHave an online portfolio or samples of work on resume, demonstrating experience creating great end-to-end, user-centered design solutions and patterns, across desktop and mobile devicesPreferred QualificationsExperience in delivering design solutions for projects of large scope and complexityExperience with UX design of complex workflowsExperience acquiring user data (e.g., conducting usability studies, performing user research) and creating personas and journey mapsExperience defining and maintaining design patterns and UX standards
