Owning the end-to-end user experience for the IronSled platform, the full-time UX Design Lead with Security Clearance will analyze and streamline complex workflows, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and translate technical requirements into intuitive user experiences, all while working remotely. Key responsibilities Analyze existing processes to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for automation Design workflows for complex platform capabilities, ensuring alignment with technical constraints Conduct user research and usability testing to validate and improve platform workflows Required qualifications 7+ years of experience in UX design, product design, or service design Demonstrated experience in improving workflows involving business processes and technical constraints Strong ability to create user flows, wireframes, and prototypes Experience with modern web technologies including HTML, CSS, and APIs U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain and maintain required security clearance
