Utilization Manager

To support a growing behavioral healthcare organization, the full-time remote Manager of Payer Relations will manage payer relationship strategies, oversee contract negotiations, and ensure compliance with credentialing processes across multiple markets. Key responsibilities Develop and maintain strategic relationships with payer representatives and network leaders to enhance reimbursement and patient access Lead the full lifecycle of payer contracting, including negotiation, evaluation, and operational implementation of contracts Oversee credentialing, recredentialing, and compliance processes to ensure all facilities and providers meet regulatory requirements Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in business administration, health management, or related field Minimum of five years of experience in managed care contracting and provider credentialing At least three years of experience in hospital and/or payer negotiation and analysis Knowledge of fee-for-service and fee-for-value reimbursement methods Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
