Overseeing a team of clinical pharmacists, the full-time remote Supervisor, Utilization Management Pharmacist will manage phone escalations, prior authorization reviews, and support clinical programs while mentoring staff and optimizing workflows. Key responsibilities Supervise clinical pharmacists in handling escalations, prior authorizations, and outreach efforts Participate in performance reviews and provide coaching and training for staff development Conduct day-to-day clinical pharmacy functions, including member and provider education and support for clinical programs Required qualifications Active, unrestricted pharmacist license Bachelor's or Doctor of Pharmacy Degree with 2+ years of pharmacy practice experience Experience in customer service, call center operations, and prior authorizations 2+ years of experience as a clinical pharmacist in a Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM) setting Ability to work independently in a remote, high-volume environment with strong organizational skills
