Job TitleUtility Systems Operator SupervisorMajor Duties Include, But Are Not Limited To:Plans, lays out, installs, modifies, and repairs electrical circuits and systems based on written and verbal instructions, drawings, and specifications.Performs maintenance, troubleshooting, testing, repair, modification, and overhaul of commercial and industrial electrical systems and equipment.Tests, repairs, and maintains equipment such as transformers, generators, alternators, relays, remote controls, power control panels, AC/DC monitoring systems, and electrically powered equipment.Interprets blueprints, schematics, wiring diagrams, manufacturer specifications, color codes, symbols, and technical manuals to identify and resolve electrical system issues.Inspects electrical systems and components to ensure safe and reliable operation and compliance with applicable codes and standards.Maintains accountability and security of assigned tools, equipment, materials, and government property; promptly reports lost, damaged, or missing items.Adheres to established safety procedures and utilizes required personal protective equipment (PPE) and safety devices while performing assigned duties.Maintains a clean, safe, and organized work environment.Performs other related duties as assigned.Work Schedule: 7:00AM - 3:30PM M-FPosition Description Title/PD#: Utility Systems Operator Supervisor/PD Physical Requirements:
