Utility-Scale Trenching Division Leader | PTO & 401(k)

R-2 Contractors seeks an accomplished Utility-Scale Trenching Division Manager to lead and grow our Trenching Division nationwide. The role oversees production trenching, single-pass mechanical laying, and conduit installation, aiming for safe, high-quality project delivery across the United States.

Travel ~25% and a salary range of $180k–$250k DOE reflect senior leadership scope. You will build leaders, manage budgets, and strengthen customer relationships while upholding the R-2 core values.
