Utility OperatorThe person hired for the position of Utility Operator will work at our 3M Aearo Technologies Newark, Delaware plant site. As a Utility Operator you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:Pulling, packing and labeling orders per established procedures & customer requirements.Process orders and inventory paperwork according to established procedures.To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications.Possess a High School Diploma / GED or higher (completed prior to start)Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:2 years of experience in a production, packaging, or manufacturing environment.Ability to read and interpret measuring devices in metric format such as a ruler, tape measure, and drop gauge.Applicants who meet the basic qualifications above will be required to take and pass 3M elected testing as a part of the selection process.
