About The Role Our engagements are white-glove: an account team, real meetings, and a report utilities can act on. As a Migration Consultant you own the customer relationship through a migration — from readiness assessment to go-live — translating between the utility's GIS team and our engineers.

About The Role Our engagements are white-glove: an account team, real meetings, and a report utilities can act on. As a Migration Consultant you own the customer relationship through a migration — from readiness assessment to go-live — translating between the utility's GIS team and our engineers.

What you\'ll do

  • Lead customer engagements from readiness assessment through go-live.
  • Run the account: meetings, scoping, timelines, and status.
  • Translate utility requirements into work our engineers and agents can execute.
  • Present findings and readiness reports to technical and executive stakeholders.
  • Be the customer\'s advocate internally and Nutility\'s guide externally.

What we\'re looking for

  • 5+ years in utility GIS delivery, consulting, or program management.
  • Working knowledge of Esri ArcGIS and the Utility Network migration.
  • Excellent communication — you\'re credible with engineers and executives.
  • Strong project instincts; you keep engagements on track without drama.
  • Comfort owning ambiguity and outcomes.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for key meetings.

Nice to have

  • Direct experience at a utility or an Esri partner.
  • Background in gas or electric operations.
  • Familiarity with regulatory / critical-infrastructure requirements.
