This is a hands-on, fast-paced role where you'll help keep materials, production, and shipping moving smoothly every day.We're looking for someone who is organized, safety-minded, dependable, and comfortable working in a warehouse, production, and outdoor yard environment. You'll be cross-trained across receiving, inventory, material pulls, shipping, and yard operations, making this a great opportunity for someone who enjoys variety in their workday.What You'll DoReceive incoming materials, components, and hardware and verify quantities against purchase orders and packing slipsInspect deliveries for damage or discrepancies and report issues promptlyEnter receipts, transfers, picks, and inventory adjustments into the ERP systemStock materials in the correct warehouse and stockroom locationsMaintain organized, accurate bin and rack locationsPerform cycle counts and assist with annual physical inventoryPull materials for production orders and deliver materials to production lines on scheduleReturn unused materials to the proper locations and update inventory recordsBuild and load crates and package finished jobs for shipmentLoad trucks and trailers according to daily shipping requirementsOperate forklifts, combi-lifts, pallet jacks, and other material-handling equipmentSafely operate company trucks to transport materials, equipment, or finished goods when neededManeuver and spot loaded trailers in the yard and at dock doorsHook and unhook trailers and safely manage trailer brakes, landing gear, and dock locksComplete pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspectionsKeep warehouse, stockroom, dock, staging, and production areas clean and organizedFollow all safety procedures and PPE requirementsWork closely with Production, Warehouse, Shipping, Logistics, and Management teamsAssist with other warehouse, logistics, and material-handling duties as neededWhat We're Looking ForHigh school diploma or GED required1-3 years of warehouse, logistics, manufacturing, or material-handling experience preferredForklift experience preferredCombi-lift experience is a plusClass B CDL is desiredExperience driving trucks and maneuvering trailers is preferredExperience with ERP or inventory management systems preferredOdoo or similar inventory/data-entry system experience is a plusAbility to accurately read purchase orders, work orders, pick lists, and packing slipsStrong attention to detail and commitment to inventory accuracyGood organizational and time-management skillsAbility to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environmentStrong communication and teamwork skillsDependable and safety-focusedWillingness to work overtime when production or shipping needs require itPhysical RequirementsThis is an active, hands-on position.

The successful candidate must be able to:Lift, carry, and move materials weighing up to 50 lbs. regularly and without assistanceStand and walk for extended periods throughout the workdayFrequently bend, stoop, twist, reach, and move materialsClimb stairs between warehouse levels and production areasSafely enter and exit truck cabs and trailersCouple and uncouple trailers and maneuver around trucks and equipmentPerform repetitive hand and arm movements associated with picking, stocking, data entry, driving, and equipment operationWorking EnvironmentThis is an on-site position in Northport, FL, working across the warehouse, stockroom, receiving dock, yard, and production floor.You'll work around manufacturing equipment, noise, dust, and varying temperatures. Outdoor work may include exposure to hot, cold, and changing weather conditions.
