Job TitlePosition Summary: Set up and/or operate: pallet jack, boring machines, miter saw, slotter machine, Pade profiler, single/double head profiler, Pade round end tenon, Balestrini tenon, Camam corner block, Rotary shaper, SCMI router, Double head shaper, Double end trim/bore, Team Balestrini, MIA Balestrini, MZ CNC bandsaw, spindle carver, Nichols block machine. Also assist in off loading the prior listed machinery.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesSets up and operates machines due to production needs.Examines frame ticket to determine what wood panels/parts are needed and quantity needed. Selects, installs, aligns, and adjusts cutterheads, forms, jigs needed to achieve proper quality/tolerances guides, using hand tools.Measures shaped stock to verify size and quantity needed is produced using rulers and/or tape measure.May also hold and push stock into cutterheads without aid of jig or guide.May perform other duties/special or non-routine assignments as instructed.
