Job Title: Utility Worker
Work Hours: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–4:00 PM (No weekends)
Guarantee: 40 hours per week

Key Duties
- Cleaning & Maintenance: Perform heavy-duty cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, and floor maintenance to keep the environment safe and professional.
- Receiving Deliveries: Manage the receiving area by unloading trucks, checking in orders, and organizing stock.
- Physical Labor: Handle heavy lifting (50+ lbs) regularly to move equipment, supplies, and waste.
- Waste Management: Ensure all trash and recycling are removed promptly and disposal areas are kept clean.
- Facility Support: Support the team by setting up or breaking down work areas and helping with general maintenance tasks as needed.
- Safety Compliance: Follow all safety protocols, including the correct use of cleaning chemicals and proper lifting techniques.
Qualifications
- Physical Strength: Must be able to consistently lift and carry 50+ pounds. This role requires significant standing, bending, and manual labor.
- Reliability: Proven track record of punctuality. You must be able to commit to the 8:30 AM–3:45 PM schedule every day.
- Efficiency: Ability to work quickly and independently to stay ahead of the daily "rush."
- Team Mindset: A proactive attitude and the willingness to jump in and help wherever needed.
- Experience: Prior experience in janitorial work, warehouse receiving, or facility maintenance is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
