Utility Team Member

As a Utility team member at Starbucks, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a clean, organized, and welcoming environment for our customers and staff. Your primary responsibility will be to support various operational tasks, including cashiering, janitorial duties, and customer service, which are essential for maintaining the high standards of our brand. You will be expected to work collaboratively with your team to provide exceptional service while efficiently managing multiple tasks throughout your shift. Ultimately, your contributions will directly impact customer satisfaction and the overall success of our store.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain cleanliness of the café, including restrooms, lobby, and back-of-house areas.
• Restock supplies and products to ensure shelves and stations are ready for service.
• Assist with basic customer service tasks, such as handing out mobile orders or helping guests find what they need.
• Support coworkers during peak periods by jumping in where needed.
• Follow all safety and sanitation standards set by Starbucks.
• Lift and carry items as needed (up to 40 lbs.) and perform repetitive physical tasks throughout the shift.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
• Strong attention to detail and a positive, can-do attitude.
