Base pay range

$85,000.00/yr - $95,000.00/yr

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the third-party Utility Bill Management program across all stores, distribution centers, and regional offices.
• Manage utility rebate and incentive initiatives, including vendor coordination, program tracking, and invoice processing.
• Perform data analysis and provide actionable insights to the Energy & Sustainability team as well as Operations leadership.
• Prepare and distribute regular utility and energy reports to key internal stakeholders.
• Maintain and update the company’s utility database to ensure accuracy and accessibility.
• Build and manage relationships with utility vendors to support operational efficiency and program success.
• Collaborate with internal partners including Construction, Engineering, Accounting, and Finance to align on utility-related initiatives.
• Lead the utility set-up process for new store openings across all locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution; concentration in utilities, energy management, or program management preferred.
• 3+ years of relevant professional experience preferred.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with Access, VBA, SQL, or Power BI is a plus.
• Highly detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior utility industry or utility program management experience preferred.
• Professional demeanor with excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.
