Utilities Packet Lead

Supporting the successful transition of utility operations, the full-time Utilities Packet Lead will manage the collection and validation of utility-related documentation and ensure continuity of services for power generation, water production, and wastewater treatment in a remote role based in the U.S. Key responsibilities Lead the development and management of utility transition packets for Antarctic stations and field operations Coordinate the collection, review, and validation of utility-related documentation and operational data Facilitate communication between utility teams and transition personnel to support knowledge transfer activities Required qualifications U.S. citizenship and ability to pass a National Agency Check with Inquiries (NACI) background investigation Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related field 5+ years of experience in utilities, facilities operations, or related functions Experience managing and organizing technical documentation and records Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word and Excel
