Utah Licensed Therapist

To support a growing virtual mental health practice, the full-time Utah Licensed Therapist will provide outpatient therapy for lower to moderate acuity populations in a fully remote environment, managing a consistent caseload with minimal administrative burden. Key responsibilities Conduct 60-minute intakes and follow-up sessions for clients with various mental health concerns Maintain clinical autonomy while adhering to evidence-based standards and operational guidelines Collaborate with an in-house referral network and receive full operational support for scheduling and billing Required qualifications Independently licensed therapist (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LMHC or equivalent) with an active, unrestricted license Two or more independent and active state licenses (excluding CA, NY, and MA) Experience managing a consistent outpatient caseload Strong clinical judgment and independent decision-making skills Experience in structured clinical settings and with skills-based modalities (e.g., CBT, ACT, DBT-informed care) is highly desired
