To provide compassionate end-of-life care, the part-time Utah Licensed Pet Hospice Veterinarian will perform in-home euthanasia and hospice services across Salt Lake City and surrounding areas, working independently in a mobile environment without the constraints of a non-compete agreement. Key responsibilities Conduct in-home euthanasia and hospice care for pets, ensuring a dignified experience for families Manage a self-scheduled workload while maintaining weekend availability on a rotational basis Communicate professionally with pet families and team members, demonstrating compassion and respect Required qualifications DVM/VMD/BVMS degree from an accredited veterinary school Valid driver's license and ability to work independently in a mobile setting Willingness to lift up to 45 lbs unassisted Experience in handling difficult conversations related to end-of-life care Availability for weekend shifts on a rotational basis
