Working remotely, the Utah Licensed Outside Property Claims Associate will receive comprehensive training in claim handling and customer service while managing 1st party property claims in the Salt Lake City and surrounding areas. Key responsibilities Actively participate in structured training covering insurance policies and claim processes Review, investigate, and document 1st party property claims under supervision Gather information from policyholders, claimants, and third-party providers to evaluate claims Required qualifications Must be licensed in Utah as an Outside Property Claims Associate Willingness to relocate at personal expense to the assigned territory Completion of a comprehensive training program in claim handling Ability to analyze leases, contracts, and relevant documents Experience or education in customer service or insurance is preferred
