Seeking a part-time Utah Licensed Escrow Officer, the successful candidate will manage residential escrow transactions from opening through funding and disbursement, ensuring compliance with regulations while working remotely. Key responsibilities Manage residential escrow transactions from file opening through closing Prepare and review settlement statements for accuracy Coordinate with lenders, attorneys, and title staff to facilitate successful closings Required qualifications Active Utah Escrow Officer License in good standing Minimum of 5 years of combined title examination and escrow closing experience Experience handling residential real estate transactions from opening through closing Strong knowledge of escrow funding, settlement statements, and trust account management Ability to meet Utah licensing affiliation requirements (maximum of two company affiliations)
