To support a growing team, the full-time Remote Collections Representative will manage outbound and inbound calls to collect on past due accounts while providing exceptional customer service, working remotely within a 60-mile radius of Draper, Utah. Key responsibilities Conduct outbound and inbound calls to collect on accounts that are past due Deliver top-tier support and service to customers Participate in a mandatory 5-week virtual training program Required qualifications Customer service and prior collections experience High school diploma or GED equivalent, and must be 18 years or older Proficiency in computer and typing skills, with experience using multiple software applications Experience in a customer service or call center environment Verified Spanish fluency is preferred for a pay increase
