USRN Nurse Trainer

To support seasonal training needs, the contract RN Trainer will facilitate new hire and ongoing training in case management, deliver just-in-time support, and manage training documentation and schedules in a fully remote environment. Key responsibilities Facilitate training sessions for new hires and ongoing upskilling in both classroom and virtual settings Monitor learner progress through case simulations and performance metrics, providing feedback and coaching during nesting/OJT Prepare and submit accurate training reports and maintain training documentation in alignment with client requirements Required qualifications Active USRN license (United States Registered Nurse) At least 2 years of clinical experience, preferably in Case Management or Care Coordination Experience in customer service or member-facing environments Knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid programs and related payer requirements Prior experience in facilitation, coaching, or training within healthcare operations or managed care preferred
