USRN Nurse Trainer

To support a seasonal ramp, the fully remote RN Trainer (Contract) will facilitate new hire and ongoing training, deliver just-in-time support, and manage training documentation while ensuring alignment with client requirements. Key responsibilities Facilitate new hire, upskilling, refresher, and ongoing training in both classroom and virtual environments Monitor learner progress through case simulations and performance metrics, providing feedback and coaching as necessary Prepare and submit training reports and maintain training documentation to ensure compliance with client standards Required qualifications Active USRN license (United States Registered Nurse) At least 2 years of clinical experience, preferably in Case Management or Care Coordination Experience in training, coaching, or facilitation within healthcare operations or managed care preferred Knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid programs and related payer requirements Strong administrative skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office and LMS platforms
