User Support TechnicianAt FINFROCK, our technology supports the teams that build real-world projects every day. FINFROCK offers a stable, team-oriented culture where your skills are valued, your impact is visible, and you have opportunities to grow alongside an industry-leading design builder.Duties & ResponsibilitiesDisplay professional and courteous customer service skills to our internal customer – FINFROCK and FINFROCK Technologies employees.Assist, troubleshoot, and resolve user support requests using Ivanti Heat (IT Ticketing System) pertaining to all client endpoint devices, mobile devices, and printers.Build, configure, and deploy computers to employees as needed.Configure and deploy tablets and laptops.Deploy Android and IOS handheld devices.Assist with servicing network and camera devices.Assist with Cat 6 network cabling.Inspect print devices weekly, clean as needed, and maintain supplies.Check out a FINFROCK company vehicle and travel to job sites and remote offices when needed, including our South Florida Manufacturing Facility on occasion (as a backup to our primary person).QualificationsRequired:You have an AS degree or higher in a related IT discipline and 5 years desktop/helpdesk experienceYou have administrator level knowledge/experience with Microsoft Windows 10 operating system.We custom build our Design PCs - You must be experienced with the assembly and configuration of computers from parts.You can configure Android/Apple devices for corporate use.You have experience with printer management including supplies, applications, minor part replacement (rollers, etc…), and you can maintain a support level relationship with print vendors.You must be able to climb and work on ladders.You must be able to lift and carry items up to 50 lbs.You must be able to work outdoors, in high places via a Hi-Reach vehicle, to service Wi-Fi network and IP camera devices.You must have a clean driving record and be able to travel to remote offices and job sites.Preferred Skills and Certifications:Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator AssociateCompTIA A+ CertificationYou have experience with Microsoft Teams, Office/O365, and Ivanti Heat (IT Ticketing system)Proficient at making Ethernet patch cablesYou have installation and support experience with: Dassault Systemes Solidworks, Structureworks, Primavera (Oracle) P6, Salmon Technologies, Speclink, and MS Office or similar programs.Benefits401K Plan – Typically we match 100% of Employee contributions up to 15% of your base salary so you can relax and retire one day.100% employer-paid health insurance for employee and contribution toward "family" coverageLife insuranceShort-term and long-term disability insuranceGenerous paid time off programAbout FINFROCKFINFROCK is Central Florida's #1 Design-Builder and a one-stop shop to get the building you want.
