Driving a customer-centric vision, the full-time remote User Experience Researcher will conduct in-depth user research, develop personas and journey maps, and facilitate usability testing to enhance product usability and user satisfaction. Key responsibilities Execute user research activities, including usability testing, interviews, and surveys, to gather insights into user behaviors and needs Contribute to the creation and maintenance of user personas and journey maps for product development Plan and facilitate usability testing sessions, analyze results, and communicate findings to stakeholders Required qualifications 5+ years of mixed methods research experience Proficient in a variety of research methods, including interviews, focus groups, and surveys Ability to independently identify research opportunities and prioritize objectives for user and business value Strong communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders Experience in developing actionable insights from user data analysis
