5+ years of UX Research experience within complex or enterprise-level systems
Strong background in qualitative research methods (interviews, contextual inquiry, workflow analysis)
Experience working in ambiguous problem spaces requiring structured discovery
Ability to translate research findings into frameworks, models, or strategic recommendations
Exposure to platforms involving automation, decision-support systems, or multi-step workflows
Plusses Experience with AI, automation, or agent-based systems
Background in safety-critical or highly regulated environments (e.g., energy, healthcare, finance)
Exposure to service design or experience architecture
Familiarity with concepts like trust, governance, and system transparency
Day-to-Day Lead discovery efforts through interviews and artifact review
Map current-state workflows and identify key decision points
Surface risks related to trust, safety, and system interpretation
Develop insights and translate them into future-state experience recommendations
Support workshops and working sessions to validate assumptions and stress-test concepts
Partner closely with design, product, and technical teams to align on findings
