User Acquisition Specialist

To drive user growth, the full-time User Acquisition Specialist will plan and execute paid acquisition campaigns across various platforms while managing performance marketing channels and collaborating with growth teams in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Plan, launch, and optimize paid acquisition campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels Monitor campaign performance daily, adjusting bids, budgets, targeting, and creative to maximize efficiency Conduct audience research and segmentation to improve targeting precision and reduce cost per acquisition Required qualifications 3+ years of experience in paid acquisition, performance marketing, or user acquisition Proven hands-on experience managing campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads platforms Strong understanding of acquisition metrics including CPL, CPA, ROAS, and LTV Experience with A/B testing ad creative and landing pages to improve conversion rates Analytical mindset with proficiency in web analytics tools and campaign reporting
