Detail-oriented and analytical, the full-time remote User Acceptance Testing Analyst will evaluate complex systems, develop and execute test plans, and ensure the quality and performance of software applications across various platforms. Key responsibilities Collaborate with customers and stakeholders to understand user requirements and acceptance criteria Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test cases for Sardine's products, including dashboards, APIs, and mobile SDKs Identify, document, and track defects while performing regression testing to maintain existing functionality Required qualifications 3+ years of experience in a user acceptance or functional testing role at banks or fintechs Experience supporting B2B SaaS products and/or working with banking infrastructure Strong understanding of web technologies, APIs, and cloud infrastructure Proficiency with SQL and understanding of REST API and tools like Postman Knowledge of testing methodologies including functional, performance, automation, API testing, and user acceptance testing
