Seeking a remote full-time User Acceptance Tester I, this position will define business requirements, plan and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and perform end-to-end testing to ensure solutions meet business needs. Key responsibilities Define and document business requirements in collaboration with stakeholders Plan, develop, and execute UAT and system testing strategies Analyze system enhancements and monitor post-production performance Required qualifications Bachelor's degree with 3+ years of experience, Associate's degree with 5+ years, or High School Diploma with 7+ years in User Acceptance Testing Experience with defect tracking and testing tools (e.g., JIRA) Knowledge of software development life cycle (Agile and Waterfall) Experience with data analysis and system validation techniques Familiarity with healthcare systems and HIPAA regulations
