You get guaranteed work for internal repairs to get our used cars on the lot ready for sale. You will have plenty to do to earn a solid income for you and your family.
The pay range for this position is $62,000-$90,000+ per year depending on experience, productivity and certifications! This is a Monday-Friday position - no weekends!ResponsibilitiesPerform thorough inspections on vehicles, and accurately suggest and execute repair work.Test-drive vehicles, and test components and systems, using diagnostic tools and special service equipment.Diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicle automotive systems including engine, transmission, electrical steering, suspension, brakes, air conditioning, etc.Communicate directly with the reconditioning manager about any additional services needed.Provide an estimate of time needed for additional repairs.QualificationsPrevious technician experienceASE certification preferredA-level qualifications, including diagnostic, electrical and engine repairBroad knowledge of new vehicle technologiesAmbitious, hardworking presence in a team environmentExcellent customer service skillsBasic computer skillsPositive, friendly attitude, along with a customer service mentalityEnjoy working in a dynamic environmentAbility to collaborate effectivelyAbility to learn new technology, repair and service procedures and specificationsAble to operate electronic diagnostic equipmentMinimum high school diploma or GED equivalent requiredValid driver's license and clean driving recordAs part of the Dahl Auto team, you will be eligible for all company benefits, including paid time off, medical, dental, vision, 401k with automatic 3% company contribution, life insurance, disability insurance, accident insurance, discounts on vehicles and services, and much more!
