Job Description

Seasport Divers has been offering the best scuba diving experiences in Hawaii since 1986. Our team of professional scuba diving instructors offers the safest and most fun scuba diving experience on Kauai. We are looking for a US Coast Guard Licensed Captain (50 ton minimum) to run our 48′ Pro Dive and 32′ Power Cat dive boats.

Responsibilities

• Preparing boat and equipment for charters
• Driving and maintaining one of two boats
• Briefing customers on boat and gear safety
• Educating customers about dive locations and Hawaii marine life
• Ensuring customer safety and comfort
• Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the boats
• Being a good team player, leader, and communicator
• Being able to lift up to 50 pounds

Qualifications & Benefits

The ideal candidate is hardworking with a passion for scuba diving and providing excellent customer service. Must have an excellent safety record. OWSI Certification and knowledge of the Hawaiian culture, ocean life, and geography of Kauai is a plus. Must be able to work in the USA and hold a valid driver’s license.
