Working remotely on a temporary basis, the Usability Researcher will conduct user experience research, analyze data to inform product improvements, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance user interactions. Key responsibilities Conduct research on user opinions and experiences regarding product features, collaborating with designers, product management, and engineering Devise and evaluate methods for collecting data, including surveys, interviews, and unmoderated testing Gather competitive data to understand the landscape and measure the effectiveness of user experiences Required qualifications Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or relevant Psychology field (Master's/PhD preferred) 0-2 years of related experience Basic ability to work independently and manage time effectively Basic knowledge of principles for promoting and selling products or services Basic understanding of media production and communication techniques
