What you'll do

Role summary: The Senior Software Engineer will lead the delivery of scoped features and models through collaborative teams, ensuring alignment with platform and business objectives. This role involves designing, developing, testing, and maintaining scalable software solutions using multiple programming languages and AI/ML integrations. The position requires strong technical judgment, continuous improvement focus, and effective cross-functional collaboration to meet user needs and quality standards. The engineer will drive innovation, support operational excellence, and contribute to mentoring peers while managing the full software development lifecycle and deployment processes.   • Own scoped feature and model delivery through collaborative engineering teams, managing implementation, iteration, testing, and support.
  • Write clean, efficient, and reliable code across multiple languages, driving full software development lifecycle including CI/CD and automated testing.
  • Integrate AI and ML components to enhance software intelligence and leverage generative AI tools to improve development velocity.
  • Assist in converting high-level designs into detailed, scalable, and maintainable solutions aligned with platform objectives.
  • Conduct code reviews, debugging, and defect management to ensure software quality and performance.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, translate business needs into technical requirements/ measurable outcomes.
  • Monitor application performance and support continuous integration
  • Contribute to engineering best practices and innovation initiatives.

What you'll bring

  • Extensive experience in software development with proficiency in languages such as a Full Stack Engineer: JavaScript, Python, Java, Rust, Dart, and C++.
  • Strong expertise in object-oriented programming, code review, debugging, and documentation-based coding practices.
  • Proven ability to deliver scoped features and models through iterative development and continuous integration.
  • Skilled in integrating AI/ML components and leveraging generative AI tools to enhance software solutions.
  • Demonstrated capability in designing scalable, secure, and maintainable systems aligned with business objectives.
  • Effective collaboration and communication skills to engage cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Commitment to engineering excellence, continuous improvement, and technical ownership.

Minimum Qualifications

Option 1: Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, computer information systems, software engineering, or related area and 3 years’ experience in software engineering or related area.

Option 2: 5 years’ experience in software engineering or related area.

Preferred Qualifications

Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field and 2 years' experience in software engineering or related field

Sunnyvale, California US-04397: The annual salary range for this position is $117,000.00 - $234,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
