Position Summary...

Members contribute to financial planning, risk mitigation, and performance analysis while adapting to a dynamic global environment. As a key part of the organization, the team drives impactful business outcomes and supports leadership with comprehensive financial expertise and strategic foresight.

What you'll do...

• Leadthequarterlyearningsprocessfromanend-to-endperspectiveinInternationalinpartnershipwithInvestorRelations.
• Preparedetailedfinancialanalysesanddeepdivestosupportinsightsforbothplanningandforecastingprocesses.
• Collaboratewithcross-functionalteamsandmarketswithinourportfoliotodevelopandimprovefinancialprocesses.
• Communicatefinancialresults,forecasts,andvariancestoseniormanagementwithclearpresentations.
• Mentoranddevelopassociatesacrosstheteam,fosteringahigh-performingteamenvironment.
• Ensurecompliancewithcompanypolicies,ethics,andstandardswhilepromotingcontinuousimprovement.

Minimum Qualifications...

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field and 4 years’ experience in accounting, finance, or related area OR 6 years’ experience in accounting, finance, or related area.
• 1 year’s experience leading and completing cross-functional projects.
• 1 year’s supervisory experience.

Preferred Qualifications...

• Analyzing data and interpreting results, Microsoft Office, Working in a large, complex, matrixed organization
• Masters: Business Administration
