The Decision Science team within Data Science, Analytics, & Enablement (DSAE) advances experimentation practices. They apply statistical rigor and causal inference to key initiatives like PS4-to-PS5 migrations and growth marketing strategies.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, execution, and interpretation of A/B tests and quasi-experiments on user migrations and campaigns.


• Partner with product, engineering, and marketing teams to integrate experimentation into development cycles.


• Apply advanced causal inference methods and contribute to centralized experimentation frameworks using SQL and Python.
