ServiceNow Workplace Service Delivery ProfessionalPay Rate Range: $62.85 - 64.70/hr. GBaMS ReqID: ServiceNow F&A/S2PWe are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Workplace Service Delivery (WSD) professional to design, implement, and support modern workplace solutions on the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will have strong hands on experience with WSD modules, ServiceNow platform development, and integration with Enterprise Service Management (ESM) processes to enhance employee experiences.Key ResponsibilitiesWorkplace Service Delivery Implementation Design, configure, and implement ServiceNow Workplace Service Delivery (WSD) capabilities across enterprise environments.Configure and manage WSD modules including: Workplace Case Management, Facilities Service Management, Reservation Management (spaces, desks, rooms, parking, etc.), Move Management, Route Maps & Indoor Maps.Customize forms, workflows, business rules, UI policies, client scripts, and UI actions specific to WSD use cases.Platform Development & Customization Perform advanced ServiceNow development using: Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Builder / Service Portal, Flow Designer and Workflow Editor.Ensure configurations follow ServiceNow OOTB (Out of the box) best practices and minimize technical debt.Implement workspace based experiences using Agent Workspace / Employee Center Pro.Integrations & Data Management Integrate WSD with other ServiceNow modules: ITSM, HRSD, Asset Management, CMDB.Support third party integrations (e.g., building systems, badge access, IoT data, floor plan tools) using: REST / SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub.Maintain data accuracy and relationships in CMDB relevant to workplace and facility assets.Stakeholder Collaboration Work closely with business stakeholders, facilities teams, HR, IT, and vendors to gather requirements and propose scalable solutions.Translate business needs into functional and technical designs.Provide demos, walkthroughs, and user training where required.Testing, Deployment & Support Perform unit testing, system integration testing, and UAT support.Assist in release management, upgrade readiness, and regression testing.Provide L2/L3 production support, including incident and problem resolution.Troubleshoot performance issues and ensure platform stability.Required Skills & QualificationsServiceNow Skills4+ years of overall ServiceNow platform experienceStrong hands on experience with Workplace Service Delivery (WSD)Solid understanding of: ServiceNow data model, CMDB & CSDM concepts, Access Controls (ACLs), Service Catalog & Request FulfillmentExperience with Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and UI BuilderTechnical SkillsProficiency in: JavaScript (ServiceNow scripting), REST APIs and JSONExperience working with Service Portal or Employee CenterFamiliarity with Agile / Scrum development methodologiesSoft SkillsStrong analytical and problem solving skillsExcellent communication and documentation abilitiesAbility to work independently and in cross functional teamsStrong customer focused mindsetGood to Have (Preferred Skills)ServiceNow Certifications: Certified System Administrator (CSA) – preferred, Certified Application Developer (CAD) – preferred, WSD Implementation certification – strong advantageExperience with: Space management or facilities operations, Mobile Agent or Field Service scenarios, ServiceNow upgrades and performance analyticsExposure to Employee Experience (EX) solutionsKey Deliverables: Configured and optimized WSD solutions aligned with business needs, High quality technical documentation and solution designs, Stable, scalable, and upgrade safe ServiceNow implementations, Improved employee workplace experience and service efficiencyEssential Skills: ServiceNow S2P US Developer Skills: ServiceNow Experience Required: 4-6 years
