Shift Details
Training will be conducted on the 1st shift (6:45 a.m. - 3:30 p.m.) for four weeks. Post-training, you will be assigned to either the 2nd shift (3 p.m. - 11:45 p.m.) or the 3rd shift (10:30 p.m. - 7:15 p.m.), based on availability. Enjoy a 45-minute lunch and two 15-minute breaks during your shift.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle and inspect components on the packaging line.
- Inspect filled containers to ensure product specifications are met.
- Prepare shippers, inspect finished products, and package them for shipment.
- Maintain compliance with SOPs, GDP, company policies, and cGMPs.
- Perform cleaning tasks on machines and maintain equipment.
- Participate in training new employees and adhere to safety standards.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Minimum of one year of production experience.
- Ability to lift 30 lbs. and maintain a high level of physical activity.
- Solid English reading, comprehension, and communication skills.
- Basic mathematical skills for counting components and products.
- Associates Degree.
- Experience with continuous improvement initiatives.
