The team partners with leading private equity funds across primary fund commitments, co-investments, and secondaries, with offices in New York, Munich, and Singapore.**Key Responsibilities**- Participate in sourcing and diligence across primary, co-investment, and secondary opportunities, including diligence strategy and forming independent investment views- Present investment recommendations to the Investment Committee and address complex risk/return considerations- Develop and execute portfolio construction strategy, including asset allocation, pacing, diversification, and manager selection- Maintain and expand senior relationships with fund managers, sponsors, and market participants to enhance proprietary deal flow and co-investment opportunities- Oversee due diligence processes covering financial, operational, and qualitative assessments- Mentor junior investment professionals and ensure high-quality analysis and execution- Collaborate with global teams in Munich and Singapore, and coordinate across asset classes including Private Credit- Partner with legal, tax, risk, and ESG stakeholders to structure, execute, and monitor investments**Location:** New York.
