L2 Senior Surgical Video Annotator (Complex Cases + Boundary Refinement)

Responsibilities
- Handle low-confidence, complex, and high-risk tasks routed by the system.
- Refine temporal boundaries and event timing; correct difficult tool/anatomy cases.
- Provide second-pass review on sampled work units; mentor L1 annotators.
- Identify recurring disagreement patterns; propose guideline clarifications/examples.
- Support adjudication by preparing evidence (frames/clips) and recommended resolution options.
Requirements
- 3–6+ years in video annotation with demonstrated high accuracy.
- Strong understanding of temporal labeling, boundary consistency, and error patterns.
- Experience coaching teams and running calibration.
- Healthcare/surgical video familiarity preferred.
KPIs
- Complex-case resolution accuracy, adjudication support quality, IRR improvement contribution, rework reduction.
