Windows Server Infrastructure AnalystWe are looking for a Windows Server Infrastructure Analyst to join our OT/PCN support team to manage and execute the security patching and antivirus program for our on-prem server infrastructure. You will be responsible for ensuring that our servers are up-to-date, secure, and compliant with industry standards and best practices in a mission-critical, high-availability environment. To be successful in this role, you should have the following qualifications:Experience in running a security patching program for Windows servers, including scheduling, reporting, and remediation primarily utilizing Invanti Endpoint Manager for Patching.Experience in administering antivirus software for Windows servers, such as Broadcom (formerly Symantec) Endpoint Protection.Ability to troubleshoot and perform basic Windows Server administration tasks (AD, DNS, GPO)Ability to monitor and analyze server performance, logs, and alerts using tools such as SolarWinds and Splunk.Fundamental server and SAN hardware knowledge, including RAID configurations, disk management, and troubleshooting.Fundamental network and firewall knowledge, including TCP/IP, DNS, VLANs.Fundamental server hardening and compliance knowledge, including Group Policy, Active Directory, and PowerShell scripting.Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders, both verbally and in writing.

This is crucial to your success in this role - all patching must be coordinated and tested with the application owner.Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent work experience.Experience in Operational Technology (OT), Process Control Network (PCN), or other critical infrastructure environments preferred.Certifications such as MCSA, MCSE, or CompTIA Security+ are preferred.Ability and willingness to learn and grow professionally in a dynamic environment.You will also be responsible for:Server deployments and decommissioning (not a primary responsibility)Participation in an on-call rotation (a week at a time, once every two months approximately)Occasional travel to field or backup sites (less than 10%)We work a hybrid schedule of 3 days in-office and 2 days remote on either a 9/80 or 5/40 schedule.
