Industrial Project ManagerProject Manager following up industrial improvement and ramp upKey Responsibilities:Lead integrated team weekly meetings for your respective work packageDevelop, harmonize, maintain and update Schedules for each phase of the ProgramManage the integration of the work package schedule and ensure that it is harmonized with the overall program schedule and across other work packagesIdentify and report Issues and Risks with mitigation plansEnsure effective delivery, review and approval of all deliverables in each program phaseEnsure compliance to all governing documents and processesParticipate in the problem solving and recovery plans when required to maintain key deliverables' timelineLead change-management activities, from initiation to engineering implementation completion, for a given portfolio of changesEnsure timely presentation of the changes to the Technical Review Board for conclusive disposition at various stages of the processPrepare information summarizing costs of each change for the Technical Review BoardActively monitor and report the progress at all stages of a change's life-cycleMandatory skills and skill proficiencies required for this position:Engineering Bachelor degree in Engineering or equivalentFive (3) to eight (6) years of relevant experience in project management or equivalentIdeally experience in aerospaceExcellent oral and written communication skillsSuperior skills in Google suitTeam player with strong communication skills who interfaces well with the many business partners involved
