FIMER, a brand of MA Solar under the McLaren Applied Group, is one of the world’s leading manufacturers of renewable energy solutions. Specializing in solar inverter production, we offer a wide range of innovative products for utility-scale, commercial, and residential applications. With two global production sites (Italy and India) and regional training centers, FIMER is positioned at the heart of the evolving energy transition.

We are now seeking a US Country Manager to lead all commercial and operational activities across the United States with full P&L responsibility.

Role Overview

Reporting directly to the CEO, the US Country Manager will lead FIMER’s growth and performance in the U.S. market. This role requires a commercially driven leader who thrives in a dynamic, entrepreneurial, and flat-structured environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee all sales, marketing, operations, and service functions of the U.S. business.
  • Own full P&L responsibility, ensuring financial targets, quality standards, and growth objectives are met.
  • Define and execute commercial strategies to grow market share across all business lines.
  • Build and maintain key customer relationships and strategic partnerships.
  • Manage a team of 50+ professionals across various departments.
  • Develop and execute the annual business operating plan and budget.
  • Drive implementation of global and regional service strategies at the local level.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, performance, safety, and ethical conduct.
  • Act as the face of FIMER in the U.S. market, representing the brand and values of the organization.

Key Qualifications

  • 20+ years of general management, sales, strategy, or business development experience in the renewable energy sector (preferably solar inverters or related electronics).
  • Proven track record in leading high-performing teams and scaling operations.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong financial acumen with experience in budget and P&L management.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Fluent in English; Italian is a plus.

Location

This position is based in Phoenix, Arizona and requires on-site leadership.
