- Start Date: Negotiable
- Duration: Permanent placement
- Shift: Day shift, weekday hours (7am-5pm)
- Hours per Week: 40 hours
- Employment Type: Full-time
- Licenses/Certifications: California medical license, Board Certified or Board Eligible (within 3 years)
- Experience: Preferably with focus on female urology and pelvic floor reconstruction
- Call: 7-10 days/month, onsite during weekdays, beeper call with hospital call (after hours & weekends 3-5 times/week)
- Pay Rate: $1.00/hour (discussed upon application)

- Consult on and manage complex urology cases, including pre- and post-operative care
- Perform examinations, diagnose conditions, and develop treatment plans
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance patient outcomes
- Educate patients on treatment options and preventive care
- Participate in call coverage and hospital consultations as required
- Maintain accurate and detailed documentation
Required:
- Medical Doctor (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree
- California medical license or eligibility
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology
- Focus on female urology and pelvic floor conditions
- Prior experience in pelvic floor reconstruction
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
