What You’ll Do
- Provide specialized urology services with an emphasis on female urology and pelvic floor surgery
- Manage preoperative and postoperative patient care
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for comprehensive treatment
- Perform diagnostic assessments and develop tailored treatment plans
- Participate in hospital and clinic clinical activities
- Be onsite during weekday hours; off-hours call (beeper) and hospital call (3-5 times/week)
- Maintain documentation and ensure quality standards
What You Need
Required:
- CA medical license or willingness to obtain
- BC/BE in Urology within 3 years
- Interest in female urology and pelvic floor disorders
Preferred:
- Prior experience in female urology and pelvic reconstruction
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
