Urology Practice Operations & HR Leader

OhioHealth in Pickerington is seeking a Urology Physician Practice Manager to direct, coordinate, and manage all practice functions, including operations, finances, budgets, and compliance. You will work closely with physicians to ensure efficient patient flow, timely communication, and high-quality care.

Responsibilities include staffing, payroll, policy development, patient service standards, financial reporting, vendor contracts, IT coordination, HIPAA and safety training, and on-site
