Practice details include:

• Outpatient Clinic Hours M-F 8-5
• Call coverage rotation frequency at minimum 6 days of call including weekend and holiday
• Call coverage includes overnight and weekend responsibility for inpatient and ED urological needs during assigned blocks
• Clinic schedule may be lightened or adjusted on days immediately following overnight call
• Therapeutic and minor surgical procedures
• Clinic-Based Disease Management
• Diagnostic and Evaluative Procedures
• Clinic with Hospital Call Coverage
• Prefers experience with in-office advanced procedures (Urolift, Rezum, InterStim and PTNS)
• EMR is EHR
