What You ll Do:
- Conduct patient consultations and assessments within the Urology specialty
- Assist with pre- and post-operative care and evaluations
- Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams to develop and implement treatment plans
- Perform and oversee diagnostic procedures and tests
- Manage patient education and follow-up instructions
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and facility protocols
What You Need:
- Valid Nurse Practitioner license in Massachusetts
- Experience in Urology or related specialty (minimum 2 years preferred)
- Strong clinical assessment and patient management skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- BLS certification required; additional certifications related to urology or surgery are a plus
