Urology Physician

Practice Info

• Employment with 2-year partnership track – Physician-owned, equal-shareholder model.
• Average 17 patients per day in clinic.
• 1–1.5 procedure days per week in the clinic (10-12 procedures/day).
• 1–2 OR days per week (4-5 procedures/day); 1-3 days per month in ASC.
• Advanced Technology: Extracorporeal Shock Wave Lithotripsy (ESWL), Holmium & Thulium Laser, Transperineal Prostate Biopsy, Prostate Fusion Equipment.
• EMR: Cerner.

Responsibilities

• Perform Cystoscopy, prostate biopsy, urodynamics, voiding dysfunction, incontinence, hematuria, BPH, kidney stones, bladder & kidney tumors.
• Participate in a robotic surgery program once implemented by the hospital.

Compensation

• $533,095 Salary Guarantee – 18-month guarantee before transitioning to WRVU productivity model.
• $40,000 Sign-On Bonus – Paid upfront.
• $20,000 Relocation Assistance – Direct payment to physician.
