Urology – Tucson, AZ

Join an established urology practice at St. Mary's Hospital in Tucson with Carondelet Medical Group. This employed position offers strong surgical volumes with DaVinci Xi system and Aquablation equipment. Team of 2 urologists, 1 PA, 1 RN, and dedicated MAs.

Compensation

Total First Year: $450,000 - $650,000+

Includes: Competitive base, wRVU production bonus, sign-on bonus, relocation.

Clinical Practice

• 60% outpatient clinic / 40% operating room
• 24 patients daily in clinic
• 15-20 surgical cases weekly
• DaVinci Xi system, Aquablation equipment
• Full-spectrum general urology

Schedule & Call

• Monday-Friday, 8AM-5PM + shared weekend call
• Minimum 7 days/month ER coverage
• Physician-driven governance structure

• BC/BE Urology
• Commitment to community-based patient care
